Posted by James Matthews:
AnnouncementCome join the people that brought you the hit franchise Medal of Honor! At Electronic Arts-West Los Angeles we are in the beginning stages of building the software engineering teams for two exciting projects: the next game in the Medal of Honor series and a high profile FPS based on a major film franchise. Working at EA-West LA provides the opportunity of working in a beautiful and highly-creative small studio environment coupled with the financial stability and success of Electronic Arts. We are intent on blowing the lid off of the FPS genre and in order to go beyond the excellence already achieved with MoH we want to find the best of the best in AI programmers. You primarily be involved with all aspects of AI programming on the project. The ideal candidate would best be described as an AI specialist and will have at least 3-5+ years of industry experience as well as:
  • Proficiency with C++
  • Prior experience shipping a console product(PS2/Gamecube/Xbox) is a big plus
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Be an avid gamer with a passion for creating A+ titles with high caliber people.
Please forward your resume to ealajobs@ea.com. Please mention that you found out about us on Generation5. Thanks.
